Baking a Cake

This week we read lots of stories about baking cakes. 

We decided to bake a cake on Friday. We read the recipe...

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup warm water
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup oil

Mix all the ingredients together and bake in the microwave on high for 8 minutes.

Then the mixture was ready to be baked.
